The grapes are hand-harvested, hand-sorted, and whole-bunch pressed, with only the finest free-run juice selected for fermentation. Matured for 12 months predominantly in new French oak barrels on the gross lees, the 2016 vintage delivers remarkable richness, structure, and complexity while maintaining outstanding freshness.
