Distilled using the distillery’s unique combination of Straight Neck and traditional Swan Neck copper pot stills, this exceptional single malt develops a distinctive house style that balances orchard fruit, gentle sweetness, and subtle smoke. Matured for 12 years in a combination of first-fill bourbon, refill, and re-charred American oak casks, the whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, to preserve its full character, texture, and natural flavour. The nose opens with inviting aromas of crisp green apple, ripe pear, peach, citrus lemon, and golden cereal, complemented by delicate notes of vanilla and honey. On the palate, layers of orchard fruits, lemon meringue, vanilla cream, light biscuit sweetness, and gentle oak unfold across a rich, silky mouthfeel. A subtle thread of soft wood smoke adds depth without overpowering the whisky’s vibrant fruit character. The finish is medium to long, smooth, and warming, leaving lingering notes of citrus, vanilla, oak spice, and a delicate smoky tang.
