Description
Pieter Cruythoff Brut Rosé 750ml is an elegant South African Cap Classique crafted using the traditional bottle-fermented method from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Produced in the cool-climate vineyards of the Western Cape, this sophisticated sparkling wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended lees maturation to develop exceptional finesse, fine persistent bubbles, and layered complexity. With its delicate salmon-pink hue and vibrant fruit character, Pieter Cruythoff Brut Rosé is a refined sparkling wine that balances freshness, elegance, and creamy texture, making it ideal for both celebrations and food pairing.
The nose opens with inviting aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, and rose petals, complemented by subtle notes of brioche and toasted pastry. On the palate, vibrant red berry flavours are balanced by crisp citrus acidity, a delicate mousse, and a creamy mouthfeel that leads to a long, refreshing finish with hints of minerality. Beautifully balanced and effortlessly elegant, Pieter Cruythoff Brut Rosé is perfect as an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with smoked salmon, sushi, fresh seafood, charcuterie, berry desserts, and soft creamy cheeses.
