Distilled, matured, and bottled entirely on Islay, this award-winning whisky is crafted using 100% Scottish barley and peated to 40ppm, delivering a powerful yet beautifully balanced smoky character. The nose opens with inviting aromas of dry peat smoke, sea spray, caramel, vanilla custard, citrus zest, and warming spices of ginger, nutmeg, and clove. On the palate, rich layers of smoky oak, honey, lemon, coconut, malted barley, smoked oysters, and salty coastal notes create an exceptionally smooth and complex mouthfeel. The finish is long, elegant, and warming, with lingering peat smoke, sweet fudge, ripe orchard fruit, and gentle spice.
