Barista Black is a 100% Pinotage sourced from vineyards in the Western Cape. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks and matured in oak. Aromas of plums, cherries and mulberries are complemented by baking spice, while the palate has a juicy fruit core, concentration, velvety tannins and a dry finish.
