De Krans Calitzdorp Blend 2022 750ml is a premium South African red blend from the renowned Calitzdorp Wine of Origin, crafted from traditional Portuguese grape varieties including Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barocca. Each varietal is vinified separately before undergoing malolactic fermentation and maturing for 12 months in a selection of new, second-, third-, and fourth-fill French oak barrels. Only the finest barrels are chosen for the final blend, resulting in a wine of exceptional depth, elegance, and complexity. The 2022 vintage showcases the unique terroir of the Klein Karoo and reflects De Krans’ expertise in producing world-class Portuguese-inspired wines.

The nose reveals generous aromas of raspberry, ripe prunes, mulberries, dark chocolate, and warming spice.
