Description
Jacques Bruère Blanc de Blancs 2013 750ml is a premium South African Cap Classique crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes using the traditional Méthode Cap Classique. Produced in Robertson and matured on the lees for an extended period before disgorgement, this elegant vintage sparkling wine develops exceptional complexity, finesse, and a beautifully creamy mousse. The 2013 vintage showcases the balance between vibrant citrus fruit, refined brioche notes, and crisp natural acidity, making it an outstanding choice for celebrations and fine dining.
The nose reveals delicate aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white peach, and citrus blossom, complemented by notes of toasted brioche, roasted almonds, and subtle biscuit. On the palate, flavours of crisp apple, pear, fresh citrus, and stone fruit are layered with hints of hazelnut and creamy pastry, creating a refined texture with fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is long, fresh, and elegant with lingering mineral notes and vibrant acidity. Jacques Bruère Blanc de Blancs 2013 pairs beautifully with fresh oysters, seafood, sushi, creamy cheeses, and can be enjoyed as a sophisticated aperitif.
