Named in honour of the Du Toit family’s four sons—”Eight Feet” representing their combined footsteps—this elegant Rhône-inspired blend combines 53% Grenache Blanc, 28% Chenin Blanc, 14% Roussanne, and 5% Verdelho. The grapes are hand-harvested during the cool early morning hours, whole-bunch pressed, and naturally fermented in large cement tanks before spending seven months on the lees. With no malolactic fermentation, the wine retains its vibrant natural acidity while developing remarkable texture, complexity, and purity, beautifully reflecting the distinctive schist soils and Mediterranean climate of the Swartland.

The nose opens with fragrant aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus, pear, and a delicate hint of baking spice.
