Crafted from 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Shiraz, and 19% Petit Verdot, the wine expresses the unique terroir of one of South Africa’s most celebrated wine-growing regions. The grapes are sourced from selected estate vineyards, where all harvesting and pruning are carried out by hand to ensure only the finest fruit is used. Each variety is vinified separately before maturing in French oak barrels and then expertly blended, creating a wine of exceptional depth, structure, and elegance. The 2021 vintage offers remarkable balance, refined tannins, and excellent cellaring potential of five to ten years.
