Le Riche Richesse 2023 750ml is an elegant Bordeaux-style red blend from the renowned Le Riche Wines in Stellenbosch, a family estate celebrated as one of South Africa’s leading Cabernet Sauvignon specialists. The 2023 vintage is crafted from a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cinsault, and 10% Cabernet Franc, sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Helderberg Coastal, Simonsberg, Helderberg North, and Bottelary regions. Each variety is fermented separately in traditional open concrete tanks before spending 12 months in older French oak barrels. The components are then expertly blended and matured for a further eight months in oak barrels, large foudres, and concrete tanks. Bottled unfined with only light filtration, Richesse is a beautifully balanced wine that reflects Stellenbosch’s rich blending heritage with freshness, elegance, and remarkable drinkability.

The nose reveals expressive aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries, pomegranate, and blackcurrant, layered with delicate violet, fynbos, cedar, and subtle oak spice.
