The Jem is Waterford Estate’s flagship red blend from Stellenbosch. The blend is Cabernet Sauvignon-led and incorporates Shiraz, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese, Mourvèdre and Barbera. It is known for layered fruit, spice, mineral character, integrated tannins and a long, refined finish.
