Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, only the free-run juice is used before undergoing natural fermentation in new and second-fill French oak barrels. The wine is matured on its primary lees for 18 months, with regular lees stirring to develop exceptional richness, texture, and complexity while maintaining vibrant freshness.
